Annandale Embroidery was established in 2006 and has long been a trusted name for custom embroidery and branded apparel in the Annandale area. In 2024, we proudly took over the business and transitioned operations to our home based shop, allowing us to continue serving customers with the same quality and care the brand has always stood for.
Today, Annandale Embroidery is a woman owned business offering custom branding solutions for businesses, schools, teams, organizations, and events throughout Annandale and Central Minnesota. While our setup has changed, our focus has not. We are here to help you represent your brand well through apparel and hard goods.

Because all items are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will make it right. Returns due to incorrect size are not accepted.
There are no minimums on embroidery. Screen printing and some promotional items may have minimum quantities depending on the product. If you are unsure, just ask and we will guide you.

Turnaround times vary based on order size, product availability, and current production volume. Most orders are completed within two to three weeks after artwork approval. Rush options may be available depending on the project.
We work with a wide range of trusted apparel brands including options for every budget and style. If you have a specific brand or item in mind, let us know and we will do our best to source it.
Vector files are preferred for the best results, but we can work with most file types. Artwork may need to be adjusted depending on decoration method, garment type, and size. We will review your files and let you know if changes are needed before production.
We accept customer supplied items for decoration on a case-by-case basis. Because these items are not sourced by us, we are not responsible for damage caused by the decoration process or for defects in the item itself.

Samples are available for certain products and decoration methods. Sample costs and availability vary. Please contact us for details if you would like to see a sample before placing a full order.
Care instructions vary by decoration method and garment type. General recommendations include washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low. Specific care details can be provided with your order.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Wash inside out. The agitation in your washing machine, rubbing on other garments and heat can cause your print to fade, crack or come off eventually. It is best to use cold water, a gentle washing cycle and hang dry. Heat and friction are your shirts worst nightmare. Keep them looking fresh and bright.
Embroidery:
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Never leave damp embroidered items folded or pressed together. Do not tumble dry unless the item has been thoroughly rinsed.
